An informational site
This site describes Nutcase, case management software that Nutcase App LLC is developing for law firms. There is nothing on the site to purchase, download, or log in to. The only action the site offers is joining an email waitlist, which is governed by these terms and our Privacy Policy. Text messages sent through the Nutcase service are governed by the SMS Terms of Service.
Plans, not promises
Everything on this site that describes Nutcase’s features, capabilities, timing, pricing, or availability is a statement of our current plans. It is not a commitment, promise, guarantee, or legal obligation to deliver any feature, product, or functionality, or to deliver anything by any particular date. Plans may change, be delayed, or be dropped without notice, and you should not rely on them in making purchasing or other decisions. Any product screens shown on the site are concept illustrations that use fictional firms, people, and matters.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist adds your email address to a list so we can send you product updates. It does not reserve a place, create an account, or entitle you to early access, any feature, or any price, and it does not create a contract for the product. We may change or close the waitlist at any time. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Not legal advice
Nutcase App LLC is a software company, not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice, nothing on it is a substitute for the advice of an attorney, and nothing on it creates an attorney-client relationship. Statements about legal or regulatory topics, including data privacy, text messaging rules, notarization, and settlements, describe how the product is being designed. They are not advice about your obligations. Consult a qualified attorney about your situation.
AI-assisted features
Where the site describes AI-assisted features, any output those features produce will be a draft for review by a licensed attorney. Generative AI can produce incorrect or incomplete results. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output, and the attorney who uses it remains responsible for it.
Notarization
Nutcase is not a notary and does not perform notarial acts. Any notarization workflow described on this site depends on a commissioned notary public performing the notarial act in accordance with the law of the notary’s commissioning state. Remote online notarization is not available in every state, its requirements vary by state, and whether a recipient accepts a remotely notarized document is up to the recipient and applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site and its contents, including text, illustrations, code, the acorn logo, and the names Nutcase™ and Nutarize™, are owned by Nutcase App LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or use the contents or the marks for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Other product and company names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to refer to those products, and their use does not imply any endorsement of, or partnership with, Nutcase.
